Al Bisher & Al Kazemi Co. began their activities in Jewellery in 1996, when the Company proudly signed with Tiffany & Co. and since then Al Bisher & Al Kazemi Co. are the authorized retailers for Tiffany & Co. in Kuwait. In 1996, first Tiffany & Co. store was opened in Northern Salmiya Complex, then in June 1997 the same store was moved to Fanar Mall, following in 1999 the second store of Tiffany & Co. was opened in Salhiya Mall. In April 2012 Al Bisher & Al Kazemi Co. and Tiffany & Co. took a strategic decision to open their Flagship for Kuwait, and this took a place at the Avenues Prestige Mall in April 2013.

In addition to Tiffany & Co. the Company is operating several International Jewellery brands, such as Antoine Hakim from Lebanon, which has an operating store at the Fanar Mall since 1998.
In 2010 Al Bisher & Al Kazemi Co. added a new German precision Jeweler to their Jewellery Bouquet (Leo Wittwer) where German precision and beauty of designs are met.

In 2012 Al Bisher & Al Kazemi Co. signed a contract with the IPPOLITA Jewellery which was founded in 1999 by Italian artist and designer.
